Tomorrow is my Open Studio

If you are in the area stop by Friday the 7th 4:00-8:00pm. It is my annual open studio and the day our house goes on the market. If you are looking to live in Colorado Springs this is a prime location with views from Pikes Peak all the way to the Spanish Peaks a 100 miles away. It is a 3,200+ square foot house on a full area of land, at the end of the street (4485 Emerald Dr.) for lots of privacy.

All my photographic art and the award winning book “Great Ranches of the West” will be 1/2 price at this event. I will not have the storage space while we build our new house on our ranch land. Also there are just 10 copies left of my first book “Colorado Rocky Mountain Wide”. Let me know if you want one of these collector items. They are all marked “One of the last 12 copies”.

That means my wife is getting nervous about how how we are going to get everything ready by the 7th. It’s one thing to be the great hostess she is for a regular open studio, but another to also have the house ready to present to prospective buyers. She’ll be glad to know that I cleaned out my workshop today. By all accounts that is the messiest place for miles around. So come on over to 4485 Emerald Dr. on Oct. 7th for the open studio/open house.

Mark your calendars for Oct 7th, 4:00-8:00pm. Our house is going on the market just at the time of my open studio. It’s hard to believe that it was 40 years ago when I opened The Air Castle, a photographic gallery in California. So this is a big anniversary event & you can purchase the “Great Ranches of the West” book for 1/2 price, as well as any of the photographic art on display that night. Open Studio/Open House

We are moving to the ranch and selling our house here in town. October 7th is your chance to buy any of my photographs at 1/2 price. The “Great Ranches of the West” book will be marked down as well. There are even some with minor scuff marks on the cover for just $15.00. If you have not been to our house before, the picture above is the view from here.

I have just 11 copies left of “Colorado Rocky Mountain Wide”. This will be your chance to get a signed copy saying that your book is one of the last 12. A real collectors item. There will be music, food and art to enjoy. Come on by between 4:00 and 8:00
